Quad Squad Info Session
Have you ever been curious about junior roller derby? Here’s your chance to learn more about our introductory class to get you rollin’ on your new journey!
Join us on September 12th at 10:00am to learn more.
During our info session, coaches and members of our league will be able to answer questions you may have about the program, our league, associated fees, the level progression for skaters, etc. During the Fall info session on September 12th, we will simultaneously be hosting our Level 3 charter team tryouts, so your skaters may have an opportunity to see some of the skills that our higher-level, full-contact skaters have learned throughout their derby experience.
QUAD SQUAD (age 8+) is an introductory class consisting of 6 sessions covering basic skating skills needed for derby:
Stride/balance/agility
Falling safely
Stops
Speed (timed laps)
Introduction to roller derby (no contact)
Quad Squad sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 8:30am – 9:30am for six weeks.
