QUAD SQUAD (age 8+) is an introductory class consisting of 6 sessions (on Saturday mornings) covering basic skating skills needed for safe derby:
- Stride/balance/agility
- Falling safely
- Stops
- Speed (timed laps)
- Introduction to roller derby (no contact)
